What a note contains
A note carries your name, any contact you typed and the note itself: the place, what should change, where to check it and how you know the place. It also carries the address and language of the page where the form was filled in. One hidden field that people never see is there only to trap spam robots.
What notes are used for
A form service keeps notes until they are read at the next revision. They are used only to check and apply what they report, and nobody is contacted unless the note asks for a reply and leaves a contact. Names and contacts are never shown on the site, never sold and never handed to the club, centre, café or organiser concerned; the list of edits describes the change, not who reported it.
Counting visits without cookies
The site sets no cookies. A small script served from its own domain counts page views without saving anything in your browser and without following you to other sites. A view records the page, the page you came from, and the browser, kind of device and country read from the request; only totals are ever looked at.
Nothing fetched from elsewhere
Pages load no advertising, no social-media buttons and no outside trackers, and take no fonts, maps or pictures from other servers. Links to sources and maps lead to other sites, each under its own privacy terms. Technical data such as IP addresses are handled by the hosting provider only to the extent needed to serve the pages.
Your rights under the GDPR
To have a note of yours corrected or erased, send a new note through the form with the same name and contact and say so. The change is made at the next revision, and you hear back only if you ask and leave a contact. A complaint can also go to the Polish supervisory authority: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
